At KUVIGO, we offer flat-rate shipping within the 48 contiguous United States, as well as to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary based on location, carrier availability, and the size of the artwork.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is charged at a flat rate based on product size and weight, categorized as follows:

Small Items	$100
Medium Items	$200
Large Items	$500

For oversized artworks or sculptures, additional freight and handling fees may apply. These will be calculated at checkout or communicated directly via email before shipment.

Shipping Method

We use DHL Express Worldwide as our primary shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery time: 2–14 business days after order processing

All shipments include tracking and insurance

Order Processing Times

In-stock items: Processed within 1–30 business days

Custom or limited-edition artworks: Processed within 15–30 business days (processing times may vary based on materials, size, or artist lead time)

Pre-orders or commissioned pieces: Estimated processing time will be provided at checkout or via email

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Packaging

We carefully package each piece to ensure safe delivery:

Prints and framed works: Shipped in protective tubes or rigid mailers

Sculptures and oversized works: Shipped in reinforced crates or custom protective packaging

Insurance & Responsibility

All shipments are fully insured. Ownership and risk transfer to you once the carrier takes possession of the order.

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival:

Note any visible damage on the delivery slip (Bill of Lading)

Report concealed damage within 48 hours
