Return & Refund Policy

At KUVIGO, each artwork is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. Due to the unique, limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Eligible Returns

We only accept return requests for the following reasons:

  • The item was damaged or defective upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item

Return Request Window

  • For damaged or defective items: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • For incorrect items: Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

To request a return, email us at [Insert Your Email] with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged)

Return Authorization (RA)

All returns must be pre-approved. If your request is accepted, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide a prepaid return shipping label. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Conditions

  • All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • We do not accept returns for custom, commissioned, or made-to-order items unless damaged or defective
  • Returns requested outside of the allowed timeframe may not be accepted
